Gift Certificates & E-Gift Cards are issued after payment is received and approved by Nellie Bug Photography. All sales are final and subject to current Gift Certificate policies.

Gift Certificates & Complimentary Sessions
Gift Certificate / E-Gift Card Policy
  • Gift Certificates and E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Certificates must be used before expiration dates, if applicable, and may only be applied toward eligible Nellie Bug Photography services.
  • Gift Certificates are non-transferable unless approved by the Photographer and may not be combined with promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise stated.
  • Expired Gift Certificates will not be reinstated or extended.

    Complimentary Session Policy
    Complimentary sessions may NOT be applied toward Mini Sessions, Themed Sessions, Specialty Sessions, Holiday Sessions, or discounted promotions unless approved in writing by the Photographer.

    Complimentary sessions must be used exactly as originally offered and may not be altered, upgraded, transferred, combined with discounts, or exchanged for other services.
    ⚠️ Nellie Bug Photography reserves the right to deny, revoke, or cancel complimentary sessions due to misuse, policy violations, repeated cancellations, lack of communication, or inappropriate conduct.
