Photography Policies
The practical details you need to know before, during, and after your session.
Arriving for Your Session
Please arrive at your confirmed location and be ready to begin at your scheduled session time. Late arrival does not extend your session. Your session will end at the originally scheduled time.
Plan for traffic, parking, bathroom breaks, outfit adjustments, and anything else you may need before your scheduled start time.
During Your Session
Sessions are designed to be relaxed, natural, and focused on connection rather than perfect posing. Please follow the photographer's direction regarding locations, movement, positioning, and safety. Additional participants should not be added to a session without prior approval.
Your Gallery
Your finished images will be delivered through a private online gallery. Galleries are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on workload, season, or circumstances outside the photographer's control.
Your Images
Your collection includes the number of professionally edited digital images stated in your selected package. Additional images may be available for purchase when offered with your collection. Images are delivered as professionally edited final images. RAW or unedited files are not provided.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including the number of participants and any relevant session details. Clients are also responsible for communicating scheduling conflicts, requested changes, and other important information before the session.
