By accessing this website and booking services with Nellie Bug Photography, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or scheduling a photography session.

Photography Services

Nellie Bug Photography provides outdoor portrait photography services, including but not limited to family, senior, couples, engagement, maternity, and seasonal photography sessions. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Booking & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. Payment must be received within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your requested date and time may be released and made available to other clients. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required retainer has been received. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Session retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the photographer's discretion and are subject to availability. Seasonal, holiday, and limited-edition sessions may have additional restrictions due to venue availability, weather conditions, and event scheduling. Rescheduling is not guaranteed for specialty or seasonal sessions.

Image Delivery

Final images will be delivered through a private online gallery. Turnaround times may vary based on the season, session volume, and editing workload. An estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated at the time of booking; however, all delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Every effort will be made to complete and deliver your gallery as promptly as possible while maintaining the quality and artistic standards of Nellie Bug Photography.

Copyright & Image Usage

All photographs, digital images, edited files, previews, proofs, website content, and related materials created by Nellie Bug Photography remain the sole and exclusive copyrighted property of Nellie Bug Photography and are protected under United States Copyright Law. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Under no circumstances shall the removal of watermarks, unauthorized editing, screenshotting of proofs or previews, or any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of images is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of image usage rights and gallery access, Nellie Bug Photography reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

Changes to These Terms

Nellie Bug Photography reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
